Paul Bloomfield has 34 years of experience as a professional caterer, in Europe and the USA. He and his team have always taken a broad, global view of food with a particular interest in the cuisines of Asia. He regularly works with many International chefs to create a wide range of events. Modern Classics or New Signatures, our chefs work meticulously to create them.

How We Work: We always listen to your requirements and tailor food and menus to meet your needs and budget. Flexibility and understanding is key. Attention to detail and client experience is paramount.

Produce: We care about the produce we buy and work with, where it comes from and who supplies us. We have worked with Bruce, our fishmonger, for 34 years and Martin, our butcher, for 12 years. We work sustainably and seasonally.
