3,126 Canapes were tasted at the 2017 Square Meal Show for the Canape Cup. 12 Event Caterers brought their best offerings to compete for this – Asia House prevailed as the Critics’ Choice Winners for this event with their canape of ‘Patra Leaf Round, Smoked Shallot and Heritage Tomato, Coriander Raita, Tandoori Guinea Fowl and a Mango, Lime and Mint Salsa.
