Sabzi Ghormeh – Our Favourite Dish this Month

The most delicious food we have cooked this month is Sabzi Ghormeh a herb meat stew, and a national dish of Iran. Three hour slow cooked lamb with coriander, parsley, fenugreek and dried lime gives a unique flavour, worthy of the high praise Iranian’s give this dish.
